Please provide us with a screenshot or better description of your problems. You can take a screenshot by pressing the Print Screen button or both ALT+Print Screen and then pasting the picture into a program such as Microsoft Paint.

The forum allows you to upload the picture as well or you can host it on imagebam, etc.
