I've actually switched to iTunes now that they've made a better interface  :)

If you want to be able to play almost every media try Media Player Classic with a full Codec pack.

VLC since it's free. Win-Amp Pro with a cool skin is always nice!

Itunes drives me insane.>>>>>  I find it really hard to navigate around...
Windows media player has always been so straight forward and easy to use

vlc to watch quickie shows like colbert report/jon stewart at 1.5x

mpc home cinema edition for documentaries and movies that require real attention (like inception)
