Had there been one single most satisfying thing to relieve stress, everyone would have lived a stress-free life.

Every person finds different activities relieving.

What you have to remember is, if it is a stress due to external things, do some internal things(meditation, deep breathing, mindfulness) to feel relieved.

If the stress is internal, do some outdoor things (taking a walk, gardening, playing your favorite outdoor game, going for shopping) to feel relieved
