Earthquake in UK

We had an earthquake in the UK last night. I was sat at my PC about 1am, and my son (22) came downstairs, and said ''what was that? the house shook, was it an earthquake?''....i hadn't felt a thing, i looked at him suspiciously and said ''have you got a woman up there?''
when i went out, ppl were at their bedroom windows, and front doors, saying we had an earthquake

What were you watching at your pc billy to keep you distracted

The floor got really wobbly and everything on my table shook a fair bit. I jolted out the room worried the floor might collapse in to the kitchen.

Had great fun the next 20 mins or so talking to about 50 people on MSN / IRC trying to work out how far across England it could be felt.

   Did your bed shake during the earthquake Billy.
It even reached over here on a minor scale. Didnt spill my JD and coke thank goodness.
