Apparently I need treatment

I've been feeling tired lately. Some kind of total impotence. However, now I think that I should start taking some medications that could help maintain immunity. What can you advise?

I don't know what to do if you have weak immunity, but if you want to cure your hair, then I advise you to use professional hair treatment.
