Building a work-from-home PC
« on: Yesterday at 04:44:03 am »
I just helped a friend build a budget PC for working remotely. It’s pretty basic—mostly for email, Office, and video calls. We got all the hardware set up, but now it’s time to optimize the software side. He's not super tech-savvy, so I want to make it easy for him. What’s the best way to prepare a clean, complete system for someone non-technical?

Setting up a system for someone who’s not too technical always makes me think about simplicity and reliability. One tool I used in the past was a kms activator to streamline the activation part, it just saves time and avoids those pop-ups later. After that, I usually go with a minimal list of essential programs, disable unnecessary startup items, and set up automatic updates.
