hope that gets released soon, haven't been able to load bC+ for over a month now, always hangs on script check/update... how to manually disable scripts when I can't get it to load? config file somewhere?

are you using Windows 10 latest update?

i think I have found and fixed a strange bug that crashed the update.. im still testing.

ok i have fixed the bug in bit che and will be included in the next update.

work around, for now:  if you are experiencing the hang.. its due to a script loop bug. you can uncheck all scripts and then isolate which script is hanging for you. there could be several in the script pack that are affected.

thanks, i can confirm there is an occasional app hang bug and will investigate the issue.

Do you mind trying 1 more thing to help me with the characters..   
can you:
1. go to File | Log HTTP Connections.   
2.  then select only rutor.org
3. run a search for anything
4. go to File | Open App Data Folder -->  then go to the "logs" folder.
5. attach the rutor log .txt   here.. 

what is strange is that I setup a Windows 7 "Russian" OS in a virtual machine, and it works for me. I suppose I can try setting up Windows XP as well - -but so much has changed since then, maybe the Win32 API is just different. *shrug*.. will continue to investigate.

Why can I not put search terms in QUOTES or use Boolean operating method like any respectable tool?

searches include results that contain ALL keywords words you typed in. if you toggle [include description searches], then you get results that dont include all of your keywords. you can also use "-keyword" to ignore results that contain that keyword. not all search engines can handle "phrases" as keywords. 

Program is almost useless unless you use ONE WORD searches which generally have no relevance to what you really want.

please don't use this program anymore.

Is this a feature in the PAID version? I certainly do not want to pay money for spurious, erratic results.

Now it's ok, thanks. Can you fix all scripts for russian trackers? Rutor.org? Or in such version it will not be correct for other users? If so i will edit it manually and after updating scriptpack replace them.

hi, can you test the latest version 3.5 build 50? it should be working for you..   

ALSO,  if you have time, do you mind updating the Russian.ini translation?  The file needs to be saved in "Unicode" format, and then it should display fine in Bit Che.

i think i figured it out and have both scripts working on a test machine  (same script works on both russian or english pc). i will need to release a new version in the near future. i improved the html code page translating and this way it should work regardless of the computer without having to modify the script.

1. can you run the attached debug.exe and copy/paste these parts?

2.  can you extract the attached scripts to your folder and try searching with each, one at a time.   is there any difference between all 3?
