Cool mac features for everyday users
« on: September 03, 2024, 12:48:23 am »
I’m curious about what I can do with my Mac. I feel like there are tons of features and cool things that I just don’t know about. Can you tell me about some of them?

Are you serious? I’m not a programmer or an IT guy. All I do on my laptop is browse the internet. So even if I wanted to share something with you, I’ve got nothing.

Do you even know how much you can do to make your internet browsing better and safer? Even if you’re not a developer or IT specialist, I’d recommend learning about hosts files — they can be super useful. Check out more about hosts files here https://setapp.com/how-to/edit-mac-hosts-file. The article explains the easiest way to edit them, and it’s really clear and detailed. Why do this? At the very least, you can add malicious sites to the hosts file to protect your computer from accidentally visiting them. It’s also great for parents who want to keep their kids away from certain sites by adding them to the hosts file. And that’s just a small part of what you can do to make your online experience safer in just a few minutes.

I experienced a bountiful harvest as a result of viewing your post! In the past, I used to engage in playing the game vex 3, which amused me. However, I have now decided to shift my focus towards following you and reading your writings to get more knowledge.
