My property videos aren’t generating the interest I’d hoped for. How can I make them more engaging and attractive to potential buyers?

Is it worth ordering a photographer to quickly sell my property or is it a waste of money?

Trust me, professional photos are WORTH IT! We were in the exact same position last year - house sitting on the market for weeks with those dark, amateur listing photos. I finally convinced my wife to hire a Real estate photographer los angeles and it completely changed everything. The guy came with all this lighting equipment and a drone for aerial shots. Our listing views tripled in the first week after updating the photos! We ended up with multiple offers and sold for more than we expected. It's crazy how much psychology plays into home buying - people make snap judgments based on those first few photos. If you're already paying thousands in realtor fees, spending a bit more on quality photos is a no-brainer.
