Overwhelmed by multi-trade project management?
« on: June 26, 2025, 03:07:20 am »
I recently took on a 5,000 sq ft warehouse conversion and tried to coordinate electricians, plumbers, framers, decorators and HVAC installers myself. Constant delays and miscommunications nearly derailed the budget and timeline, and I ended up firefighting every day. Does anyone know a reliable firm that can advise on sequencing trades, risk mitigation and overall workflow under a single umbrella?

Facing a similar nightmare juggling permits, deliveries and subcontractors on my own, I nearly pulled the plug on the project. A former client suggested I reach out to their Consulting Services. They broke down every phase into clear milestones, performed a detailed risk assessment, then built a master schedule that tied all the trades together. When an unexpected steel delivery delay popped up, their team reshuffled tasks and kept crews moving no idle time. Daily progress reports meant I never had to chase anyone. That single point of oversight turned chaos into a smooth, on-budget build.
