Rental Property Upgrade
« on: Yesterday at 08:26:23 pm »
I’m fixing up a rental apartment I own, and the biggest eyesore is the kitchen counter—it’s chipped and looks cheap. Since it’ll be used by tenants, I need something affordable, durable, and easy to clean but still modern enough to make the place attractive. Do you have any countertop recommendations that would fit a rental setup like this?

I had the same dilemma when redoing a small rental unit I manage—the old counter was so beat up that even fresh paint and new appliances couldn’t distract from it. I didn’t want to overspend, but I also knew tenants appreciate a clean, modern look that’s low-maintenance. I ended up going with a simple granite option, which turned out more affordable than I expected. I found a lot of useful ideas browsing Edstone inc , and it helped me choose something durable that actually boosted the apartment’s appeal without killing my budget.
