I can not upgrade scrip or bite che program it times out befor upgrade.

To Whom It May concern;
I trey to upgrade bit che program or it's script but it always times out  before they upgrade.  What can I do to correct this problem?

Most likely you have a software firewall blocking Bit Che from gaining internet access.
