Does your diet help your sex life?
« on: October 10, 2006, 06:46:35 am »
Are you really 100% up for it when asked to perform? ;D
What sort of shape are you in and does your food/drink intake have a bearing on leaving your partner with a smile on their face.
Here is a thought .

The New Superfood: Goji Berries

What are they?
The Goji berry is a deep-red, dried fruit about the same size as a raisin. It's very sweet and tastes something like a cross between a cranberry and a cherry. They contain 18 amino acids (six times higher than bee pollen) including all 8 essential amino acids.

 How should I eat them?
Add them to smoothies, trail-mix, cereals, teas and cakes.

What are the health benefits of this new superfood?
It?s claimed that they can boost your sex life, fight cellulite, combat cancer, prevent wrinkles and boost your immune system.

What?s their nutritional value?
They contain 11.7% protein, and 328 calories per 100g. And what?s more, they contain 500m times more vitamin C by weight than oranges.

Goji berries contain up to 21 trace minerals (the main ones being zinc, iron, copper, calcium, germanium, selenium, and phosphorus) and are the richest source of carotenoids, including beta-carotene (more beta carotene than carrots), of all known foods or plants on earth. Goji berries also contain vitamins B1, B2, B6, and vitamin E.

Should I buy some tmw? ::)
cheers

If all you vodka drinkers think thats yours is the answer. Then watch out.
Russian customs officers say they have discovered a mile long pipeline pumping vodka to Latvia. Police on the border said the tunnel had been laid underground by crooks to pump home-made vodka across the border to be sold in Latvia.

OMG, Tex, you do come up with some strange stuff, l sometimes wonder about yer sanity ::)

who worries about these things when you 'get lucky'??
when you get to be a decrepit old fart, like me,and not as fit as l was, l encourage her to do all the work. even the cavemen gave up eating berries in favour of the club, and how do you know if these berries don't have side effects like, say, hops that give you 'brewers' if you consume too many.

you stick with yer Beck's beer or lager, and if all else fails Tex...............there's always 'viagra' :D

Your sex life affects your sex life

I agree with you.. good sex.. or great sex.. leads to more better sex.. bad sex.. tends to put you off sex.. better understanding of the person and pleasing them.. also it doesn't help if you eat beans before sex.. haha.. think about it... garlic too can be a turn off if only one has eaten it.. so yes.. I agree.. diet does help your sex life.. and your sex life does affect your sex life.. mmmmmm....

At the end of it all. if you have a good partner or wife/husband who is your best friend and companion. One you can relate to,you still need the beans as you grow older.lol
