I truly haven't a clue, was it an article? don't know... was it a nfo file?  ??? ... was it... but boy am I thankful for my blissful ignorance in finding this. Bit Che rocks!

It was brought to my attention at another forum (tF)

knocked together a program for searching warez sites (WhereIsHunter) a while back but due to lack of interest haven't done much with it.

was also admin at novagator while it was still of use

I used DietK for a long time ... and BitChe was the next logical step. I went at one point to see news about DietK and found that it had been RIP'd and that your efforts were directed to Bit Che.
