problem opening torrents found by Bit Che

(1/6) > >>

tuttoviola:
I've downloaded Bit Che and must say it's fast and great at finding torrents. However, while BC is able to detect uTorrent (my downloader), once I try to open the torrent I've found a window pops up saying "run-time error '7'. No way I can get it started with uTorrent. Can anybody help on this?
Thanx

Bovski:
This could be that a script needs updating do you know what site you downloaded from.

chip!:
yeah, could be you need to update your scripts (done from the Tools menu).

Which site are you trying to open a torrent from?

And, when you get the Run-Time Error 7, does Bit Che crash/exit?

Also, are you able to view the Torrent Details? or "Save Torrent As.." ?

gourdmaster:
ive got a similar problem, a few days ago, bit che said something about 'not finding a default program' to open the torrents in, i was busy on other things or i would have paid more attention

now torrents do not open in my client, ive updated the scripts, but it hasn't helped D: is there any way to make bit che find my client and use it to open torrents again?

Bovski:
download a torrent from a site manually then double click on it windows will then ask you to select your client.
