By implementing a Pro version for a fee is clearly what got those two in trouble, hence "FrostWire" with all the benefits of LimeWire Pro was intended to be a project to avoid litigation... ...oh well.

This is probable a dumb question, but short of not using p2p software, how does one stay away from the prying eyes of the RIAA and their ilk?
I used (Until I d/l Frostwire) Limewire and PeerGuardian.  Am I safe or can I do more?
