v 2.0 b10 Script Update Bug - Source Filter Problem
« on: December 11, 2011, 05:54:44 pm »
Hi all,

i am pretty new to this forum and want to say I am a big fan and my compliments of your impressing work your are doing here!

I hope you appreciate some beta feedback ;-)
I just downloaded the latest beta and started, everything is fine, even the search results, the contextmenus etc.

But then I updated the sripts, when I do a search request again, I just got back results from the source "BitSnoop"?
I also tried to change the filter, but I just got BitSnoop.com and Rutor.org to choose from?

Is this a bug or I am doing wrong here with that beta?
Thanks and cheers, bitChe blessings..

pete

hey guys..  sorry, I should have explained, the update scripts feature is not working in this beta. the scripts that are working with the new engine are provided in the beta.zip.  if you try to update the scripts, you are actually downloading the old version 1.60 script pack.

i began working on improving the script update process, which is why the beta does not yet take advantage of it.

sorry for the confusion! :)
