who is your ISP that provides your DSL service?
and by MSN, that is something like AOL.. a software package that connects you to the internet.. right?
that sounds very very strange if MSN is forcing their software with a killbit to not work if you are using a 3rd party firewall.. and they want you to use their own MSN Firewall? I think maybe the tech was lazy and gave you the short answer..
if you disable ZA, your MSN will connect? but if its enabled, it will not? or do you have to shutdown and close out ZA completely before MSN will work?
