this is a great song

----------------
Now playing: King Diamond - The Spider's Lullabye
via FoxyTunes

7. The Spider`s Lullabye

[Music & Lyrics by King Diamond]

In a little cottage in the countryside
Lives a man named Harry
And he is losing his mind

Listen... Hear the Spider's Lullaby

It's really sad for Harry, He finds a spider scary
Even the smallest species will make him feel uneasy
Oh, they live in every corner
Oh, and here comes another

There's another spider on his wall... Gotta kill it!
Soon to be another creamy spot

As he woke up this morning, there was a spider crawling
He felt a big suprise before it caught his eyes
Oh, it was between his face
Oh, and his pillow case

There's another spider on his wall... Gotta kill it!
Soon to be another creamy spot

Here comes another one... Hahahahahahaha

He's got to find a doctor, a very special doctor
Someone who can cure his mind
Someone who knows Harry's kind

Listen... Hear the Spider's Lullaby

Those creepy crawly creatures
With all thier hairy features
Hoping to catch a fly
Singing it's deadly lullaby

Oh... Oh, NO...

There's another spider on his wall... Gotta kill it...

 ;D  Excelllent words, death.

Some more facts.

Spider facts

Some fascinating facts about spiders
Little Miss Muffet of the nursery rhyme really existed. She was the daughter of Dr Mouffet who believed spiders had healing powers when eaten.
The weight of insects eaten by spiders every year is greater than the total weight of the entire human population.
There can be up to nearly 5 million spiders per hectare.
The combined length of thread in a spider's web is about 20-60 m and it can take the spider up to 3 hours to make an orbweb.
On an equal weight basis, spider silk is twice as strong as steel. In addition, spider silk is
very elastic. It is this combination of strength and stretch that makes the energy-to-break of
spider silk so high. Simply put, it is the toughest material known.
Spiders have 48 "knees": 8 legs with 6 joints on each.
A jumping spider can jump up to 25 times its own body length.

This is exactly the kind of storyb that keeps me awake at night, there was an article in one of the newspapers a while back about a massive camel spider being brought back from afghanistan in a soldiers kit bag. It managed to get out bit the family dog (which resulted in it being put down) and the family had to leave their house and stay in a B&B until the RSPCA caught it.

word is....humans swallow like five spiders a year in their sleep...the spiders go for warmth, and its our natural instinct to just swallow.

I wonder if this is just another myth

stupid insects with extra legs and less eyes that spin nets to catch bugs....which makes me wonder:

when a bug is caught in a web...does it know anything at all about spiders, or is it just like "I am stuck, therefore I will struggle.  Now I am more stuck, what the f%ck is that thing with eight legs?  What is eight, I don't know what numbers are, oh I wish I would have hid my porn"
