Cannot Get on Bit Che Plus

I have paid the donation and I have 2 desktops and 3 laptops. I had to reinstall windows on my desktop twice. Meaning I have unlocked probably seven times. I just got a new laptop and I need to unlock. I have the email and I used the recovery option. Didn't work
