I don't know about the current build of Bit Che, but I know an upcoming build has a translation of Italian.

I'm sure Chip will greatly appreciate the donation and will give you access to Guevara Edition in the next day or so  :)

Second, the current build 59 does have an Italiano translation. From the Bit Che menu click:  File | Language | Italiano.
