Need some help with activation

Could someone help me please? I am having problems to activate my Guevara edition. I am a donator since 2009. When I enter my donation ID it says:

"Sorry, your Guevara account could not be confirmed.
Please contact support if you believe this is an error."

I have installed version 1.0 build 60

Hi, I reset your unlock limit and you can unlock 7 more times.

Try redownloading with the new 2.0 build 60 and then activate that way?

Mine's gonna be a fun one.  the recover.php routine finds me, but sends no message.  I had an account on the forums, but could never get a response from anyone about resetting my lock limit, so I tried resetting the account, and now it seems to be in a loop forever awaiting admin approval.  I still have my PayPal information available, upon request.  Original email address, [edit], recent reset attempt to [edit], now this next attempt, with a new registration for [edit].  Can you tell, I run my own hosting server...
