When I search torrents on rutracker (maintracker) and in result's double click - open torrent or save as, i have come unreadable symbols and no downloads at all:

If i window's search i click "open torrent" or "save torrent as..." it's ok.

When i search with russian titles, i get results with broken characters like "Ea?aioceee. Ioeuoeee aey iaeu?eeia". Is that normal?
