;D Well, We will continue to make the clues relatively easy for now.

I am in a port not too far North from where Gibbler resides. If you are a church goer then this saintly man sourrounded by a large dog, will be your new found answer.
Where am I ??
Why do I make them this easy?
cheers

::) Now that yer brains are dead ;D

St. Johns Newfoundland (Canada).  For those of you that havent seen a Newfoundland dog, Its  extremely large, friendly, need a lot of liquids, and is kind to all its friends. (No !doesnt live in Manchester >:D)

Hi fuzzy. Thought you were trying to pull a fast one.lol.
Looked at Texas Rangers/Pinkerton Agency, but the men in the photo`s are more stark in appearance and may be Russian. Perhaps Dutch in South Africa. The horses are work horses  and not Texan. They are wine drinkers.lol.(the men)
Surely not some of your ancestors?? early 1900`s      Any more clues?
cheers

Well fuzzy, havent had much free time to get to the bottom of this one yet. It was interesting to see that the USV were stationed in Germany.
Only thing I touched upon was a fort in Hawaii, and Pecos Bill.??
cheers

GOT YAH,my feline friend.lol Had just poured a cool apple juice, when I thought this colonel must be someone famous. So looking through my family albums, including distant cousins,I spotted a photo with the same flag on it.
This has to be the battle of San Juan Hill 1898 with colonel Theodore Roosevelt in charge.
Bloody good scrap for "The Rough Riders".
Nice one fuzzy.
cheers.
Now can I have my avatar back, please.

O`PPpp`sss, that was quick.lol
