With all the work that chip is doing here I would like to break away from the 'norm.' and find out how many of us are fans of the sport ice-hockey.

Since I live in W.N.Y. I am a fan of the Sabres and since their fighting for that last playoff spot I am curious as to what our members and guest like.

I'm not a huge hockey fan but I have no problem rooting for the Bruins when the time comes.

That's good because the Sabres play the Bruins in Boston March 10 @ 7p.m..

The Wild lost to the Canucks last night 4-2 and are 4 points out of the 8th place Flames.

We've all been down that road. It's sad to think that some of our favorite teams may never win a championship in our lifetimes.

Think about all the boston red sox fans who have died without ever seen a world series win. I'm glad the 86 year streak was broken in my lifetime though!

Good point. Here in Buffalo the Sabres now have a new owner with the dedication and heart to do what its takes to make sure his club wins the Stanley Cup. We came close back in 74-75 (Flyers) and 1999 against Dallas and I sure hope the Sabres can win it all in my lifespan.

mechanic100, you know how many fans of the Leafs drive down here to Buffalo when both teams face-off...especially on a Saturday night. Hockey Night in Canada eh.

Speaking of the NHL...man were getting pumled by snow, here it is March 23 and all the green grass now has 7 inches of snow over it.

Yer starting to confuse all our Man U fans. Rangers are one of the top UK/Scottish football teams.
Still ,if you give them a bit of time they might understand. But playing with Buffalo`s, N`aaw. Grin

Well done Sabre`s
cheers
