GiangiRE, can you try installing 3.0.8 (again)?  I dont understand the issue you were having.  but upgrading from 2.x to 3.x should not cause any problems. the settings.ini for 2.x is preserved in its directory, and its imported and new 3.x is created.    in any case, can you elaborate on your issue (GUI update is not working when maximized)? I'm not sure what that means.. but also, I cant reproduce any issue on a Win7 machine.  Thank you for your feedback.

Ehm, I will try but it's not so easy since english is not my language...  [wink]
I didn't had any problems migrating the settings (actually I migrated them in the past with 3.0.4!) but when I did a test search nothing was updating on the screen (window was miximized to whole screen) like if the exe was not responding. Usually the list get populated and in the status bar one can see the sites being searched.
When I restored the windows to be not full screen the elements were updating...
I'll try to do a fresh install on the pc I'm using right now where I still have v2.0.62 and let you know. (The pc with the "problem" is the one at home, I did a reboot yesterday but I didn't try a serach again!!  :( )

BTW, I'm attaching my italian translation (which has never been included into the official distribution since v2!!) It's the best because it's completely translated!!  O0

Just a quick note: the reboot done yesterday has solved my problems with v3.0.8 on my home pc!! Great!!
...and I get the official Italian translation, good because this morning each time I've done a script update my "italian3.ini" was deleted...  :o

Chip - successful test here.
3.08 installer installed fine over my old version, and autoupdated the scripts.
It also re-detected it was plus edition.
Win 8 64 bit.

FYI, the "Thanks To" box in the About page is empty except for "..."s.

More feature requests - Nope. Maybe it's time for an icon change? You could run a competition?

since build 8:
improved: added edit and open buttons for coffee cup scripts
fixed:  coffee cup & rss 'sticky' tabs support
