that picture reminds me alot of Bergen, Norway?

i stayed in a hostel up on a hill with a view much like that =/

Ber = slightly grizzlyish, bear..
Gen = the proton...heh..

lovely town, except its rains alot.. but surprisingly we had sun the 3-4 days we were there...
we spent a few days walking all over that town, its such a great place, i would recommend taking a trip up there if you all get the chance..
i would love to go back someday. thanks tex for the trip down memory lane ;)

here's a picture of me and my friend on the playground at the park at the tip of that penninsula in the middle right of tex's picture looking out at those mountains/hills..

 ;D Thought that one would bring tears to your eyes chip :'(  I was surprised at the annual rainfall figures for Bergen, thats one wet city. You would always imagine crisp dry weather for here.
YES of course you are correct. The other clue refered to Bergen being twinned with Newcastle under Lyme. Newcastle being CHELSEAS opponents. I have just awarded you 600 extra karma points ;D at 1 per hour it might take a while
Well done
cheers

Edit-- Sorry put too many oo after 6 karma points.lol

After seeing the answer to that one.. i asked my partner to have a look at the pic as he hadn't seen it before.. I asked him where he thought it was.. "easy he said.. thats bergen... why didn't you ask me before this"  You see he grew up around all that area... haha.. silly me.  I thought it was somewhere in the UK.  He has a farm at the end of that fjord... at Simadalen.

wasn't i kicking myself after that one.  Here is a pic of me taken at that harbour.  Can't believe that there are relatives there that we stayed with there, and we spent a few days there.  What a beautiful place that is.. the sun shone on the days that we were there.. so unusual.
here is a lovely view from the other side of the harbour, not great of me, but lovely of the scenery.  We were very tired and worn out from walking around all day, it started to rain a little while waiting for partners uncle to come and pick us up.
